Does anyone know where to confirm or find the cutoff date for still getting bonus if displaced? I assume August 5th + 60 days notice would get me over the cutoff hump since I heard on this forum Sept. 30th is the cutoff and somewhat up to your management regarding how much. HR was useless when I tried to confirm. This is the fourth time I've contacted HR with a question in the last year that they can't answer nor point me to specific evidence or cutoff dates.

I would suggest not expecting a bonus unless you are an active employee next February.
if you leave voluntarily you aren't entitled to a bonus and will not get one
Same. I split up the bonus pool among employees to keep them happy. I can’t worry about those who were let go. Not my problem anymore.
If you are still an emp by the cut-off date, but left after, will you still get the bonus?
@a8 is correct.
you have to be an employee as of 9/30 to be eligible. If you are on notice period you are still considered an employee. Ultimately up to your management if you get a bonus or not but if you go search for posts on this subject from the last couple February's you'll find plenty of posts with people indicating they received a bonus.
As far as pro-rating a bonus in normal circumstances that is the cutoff 9/30
I gave all 0's to my displaced people last year. They were displaced for a reason.
You have to be on notice on or after the eligibility date -- but that doesn't seem to be defined in any of the documents. Even still, if you're gone they might not even put you in for a bonus.
