Negative Reviews on Glassdoor

Make sure to be posting reviews on Glassdoor. I'd say LinkedIn too, but not sure on the anonymynity of that one. We all know that the internal survey is worthless, and may even lead to retaliation. But negative reviews viewable by the public has the potential to invoke real change.

You can only post to Glassdoor if you provide a business email, which makes me question how anonymous the platform really is. They do state that your email won’t be shown publicly or shared with your employer. However, they may use your information internally to enforce their policies.

@OP Go ahead and post your review. Seems that 61% of folks recommend working at the company. So you are definitely in the minority.

In my two years I’ve noticed heavy weighting to DEI culture while ignoring a healthy work environment culture. There is zero action taken on feedback and control via fear of layoffs with zero visibility or account accountability

@b7
81% participation. Was that lower than normal? The past few years I was honest, but not blunt. This year I did not bother for the very first time.

They don't care. They only care about the stock price.

Agreed, the employee survey results for this year were definitely not shared in their entirety and management has not been transparent or candid with the actual results and deteriorating employee sentiment including the consistent lack of trust in the OC and their sycophants
