@cv If you have been here a short time your severance will not be much. Best bet is to update the resume and start looking.

Can someone advise… if we were hired as a telecommuter and are unable to go into a local office (there isn’t one nearby), do they lay me off? Can I get severance? Or, is it some type of forced resignation and we get nothing..

@af it does. Look at the very bottom. They added a section on being moved from telecommuter to hybrid or on site.
