Wow is all I can say these days. It’s comical you should see the new Schenectady workforce these days. Wow is all I got to say. The smarter of the new hires brown nose the ops leaders and they eat it up like candy and have their teachers pets. Just wow is all I can say the things I see here just wow. Quality is not a word used around here any more half the new hires can’t even spell that word or know the meaning of it. All I can say is wow again.

Everybody thinks GE stands for General Electric and it used to up until some 20 years ago in Schenectady. Now it just stands for Good Enough because they started letting in all the Good Enough Diploma "GED" holders. Not a big deal at first but now a decent amount of them run the floors and the effects have become terminal. High quality never comes from low quality.

My brother past the test only because I kissed H.R. a-s for a year before the test. My brother su-ked at math but me putting in that extra lip service my brother past. Everything is on the fix at GE.
ek+1jzepbj9f- well I know your misinformed on the history because contrary to what your woke belief system is trying to comprehend and justify. The potential Employees had to take a test to get into here and yes, sometimes you had a personal reference to be able to take the test. Although those with a high school diploma and or a little bit of college, still cannot do this job with a low percentage of defects. Now, what does your false manifestation of a race card have to do with any of that? Keep drinking that Kool-Aid buddy.
Yeah dude, bring back the old HS drop outs recommended by friend/relative days of 60's and 70's when institutional white racism ruled.
