Thanks Charles Elliot for giving us the boot. We all worked our as--s off to make you look good and this is how you show your appreciation ? When will you dum--ss managers realize that the solution to your problems does not lie in India. Never have I worked with a group of such ungrateful individuals before. They all want to be the "Boss" and take credit for our hard work. I have not and I never will work for an Indian offshore manager. They are arrogant, rude and liars ! Good riddance to you all. I'm closing that FKN door and never looking back. The Payments Technology group needs to be audited from top to bottom under a microscope. You let the wrong people go Charlie, now how are you going to cover that up ? You can only cover your a-s for so long. Do you realize how many lives and families you have destroyed recently ? Yes, I will call you out, just like someone should. I will take great pride and joy when they drag your sorry a-s out the door, kicking and screaming. Noboday cares what you say and nobody cares what you do !

A group of about 30 in Payments Technology was cut on Tuesday 07/08/25. It was done in a very tasteless manner. Senior management pulled everyone affected into a TEAMS call and told us at the same time that we had been displaced. For me, I'm releived. All technology jobs are going to India. I will not go back to Wells Fargo, as you are just a number. If your skillset doesn't align with management philosophy, then you're gone.

I do not want to be on the list, but recognize that HY doesn't care one way or the other. Eventually they'll get me. Could be today, could be in 2 years. Either way, we all go.
