Question for corporate sales reps

Hey guys! I have been working for Verizon for a few years as a corporate sales rep. Things have gotten so bad with pay that many of us are leaving and unionizing. I was told by my upper leadership that you guys and t-mobile have also had your commission cut massively and are moving to group commission structure. Ours has become so little we are paycheck to paycheck and told if we don't like it, move on. I'm a top performer in my store and used to make a couple grand a month but once we switched to group commission we take home 5-600 a month commission after making above quota and after over 3 years are not at 20 per hour pay yet. Just wondering is this the case for you guys as well? Just trying to see if the grass is greener because it's getting almost impossible to live on our current pay. This used to not be the case until Hans Vestberg took over and ran our company into the ground. Some honest insight would be appreciated.

AT&T does likely have the best commission structure. At the moment, we make $140 for each 1 GB fiber order that installs. 5% on accessories, $20 for Voice ads, $5 for data and average is probably about $10 on each upgrade. I’m at a high traffic store and average $2000-$2750 each month. I still hate the company though.

Commission sharing is for communism. America is where the strong sales survive and where the weak perish to be replaced by stronger Americans sellers.

T mobile is the only survivor in this war, lower overhead, goal oriented.
