Buy something nice for your spouse. Well as nice as possible. This is like any other points program: the operators are counting on you to slowly forget that you have them. If you are retired (as I am) it becomes easier every day to forget ... anything. Everything. (Anything except the insanity of "stacked rankings" and the conflict between actual "agile" development and standard IBM management diktats. Oh, and RoadMap 2015 and the devastation that caused. And ...)
Before inflation or tariffs or whatever erode the points that you have, cash them out. Get yourself of someone else something usable and feel good knowing that you made the company spend a small amount of cash.
If you are still with the company, you might also want to take some points off the table. There are a lot of theories out there about what inflation might do even in the near term and none of those theories say that your points will be adjusted to compensate.
