Interview with a team lead then a manager.
I signed an attesstation regarding hours of the dept etc. I have job shadowing session and position overview . When would the job offer come.? Is it safe to say I have the job or what ? It’s always possible to go o a job shadowing session and say Nooe I don’t like it . But if I got this far…

Always job shadow before you take a position if you can. Job shadowing is really helpful as it shows you the basics of the job. I thought I wanted a position and job shadowed for it and decided pretty quick that it was not for me. If I didn’t do it, I wouldn’t have known what the job really entailed and could have gotten stuck in a position I didn’t like. Job shadowing is basically watching someone go through the process of the job. You can ask questions too. I always recommend doing it.
Maybe learn punctuation first?
@OP is this a US based postion? Job shadowing for a company you do not work for is not something I've ever heard of in the US and consitutes working for free.
@OP Hmmm I wouldn't be job shadowing anyone unless I had an offer in hand and knew for sure I had the job. My time is important I am not shadowing anyone for free.
