Ex-ibm here, our ceo who’s normally doom and gloom is stating similar…. Tech spend will be flat to very slow growth. Spending focused on core $#it, efficiency, and security areas.
The number in Systems being re-balanced greatly exceeds the GOM.
The skills of most Systems is a subset of the needs of GOM.
Do the math.
