Huge RIF coming next week to Worldpay. I know a lot of people still work there from FIS split. They’re basically firing so many knowledgeable doers and hiring more consultants that do nothing. Phill-p’s org is on fire. It’s because he is a terrible leader that shifts priorities without informing people, and hires people to do the same down the chain. It’s so messy. My recommendation to a candidate would be to run. My recommendation to WP would be to look at their leadership group AS the enemy to growth and revenue. Look there. Not downward.
