Why does the new HPS pale man report to VK?

RemainCo will have ESS, HPS and BA.
The others PSS and Intelligrated will be sold off.
Honeywell will be split to three segments: Honeywell Aero, Honeywell Process and Automation and Honeywell Chemicals.
There could be potential spin off of BA too, so it mimics GE’s play of Aero, Energy and Industrial.
Bilal and the rest will be sold off? I wonder which spin off will keep the Honeywell name.

Because HPS will be merged with ESS soon and the rest of IA will be dismantled.
