Does anyone know the purpose of the random Wilm, DE Commuter Survey? I’m too suspicious to fill it in. Are they thinking of making us go back all day? Are they using this for layoffs? Are they going to make us move sooner then expected?

I also heard it was being sold and closing.
It is an open secret in some departments that they are actively seeking a new King of Prussia, PA space and this has been shared to keep the former Moore Road employees from jumping ship as they go to 4 day RTO in Wilmington.
@pb+1k0ng9p1a What do you mean by the lease runs out in 2026? Did it sell? What the told us back in January was it did not sell and they just took it off the market. In the last month or so I noticed it was listed again. So to me it looks like BNY still owns it. https://invest.jll.com/us/en/listings/office/bellevue-corporate-center
@nf The current lease runs until the end of 2026 with an option to renew for 2027.
A Director I know said it's highly unlikely that they won't renew for '27, but no one knows what's happening for '28 onwards.
@cg heard when is it supposed to be closing? Been hearing that since 2023
Miserable employees are more easily controlled
Got a survey for Dublin. They said it was to figure out carbon footprint of people's commutes.
What was interesting to me was how many recipients were vvv
I heard Wilmington is closing
What is being asked?
If you see an email from Levity Wickity, use all your sick time and PTO before accepting his invite!
They did one in Lake Mary a while back. The purpose of the survey and how the data would be used was not mentioned, and results were not shared.
It appears employee feedback was not considered since RTO policies are still moving to 4 days a week, regardless of response and location.
We should increasingly question the intent of HR site surveys since the measurement of corporate support for employee concerns is generally being replaced by more restrictive people management policies that favor more company control in all site locations.
Same with PA. You’re right to be suspicious. Since hiring Robin, this company has a history of making employee's lives miserable, they never rollout something that actually benefits employees.
We have had one for Manchester, UK also. Not sure on the point of it.
