you're not safe...HR looks just to "YOUR" country laws (US, or other parts of world) regarding layoff and your "weakness" which they collect in the years..Pay Attention!
During layoffs visa holders are protected, it’s the other jobs that are at risk
That is fantastic news... Looks like soon the job market is going to be red hot and salaries will have nothing but to go sky high.
