What’s a good salary for newbie P4 at NJ?

@nd which year did you get hired?
IT or not? Ops risk/Audit (1st,2nd,or 3rd line) or not?
If IT, then 20% higher than anyone else
If Ops risk/Audit then 10% higher than anyone else.
When I was a P4 in SF I made 170K.
85-120k
