@mf you will be pleasantly surprised if there isn’t much overlap between bands, it can be a double digit jump in excess of the increase policy if the bottom of the band is higher than that.

@fb I will agree with you that it’s far too few people getting leveled up. Our department has less than 10 getting LU.
The best way to a promotion is networking and making sure you are having your voice heard without being the weirdo that has to talk at all meetings or the one that asks questions that have nothing to do with your group objectives.

I asked my boss about leveling up, and the response was that unless I'm working on a high-profile project and everyone in the company knows who I am and what I'm doing, there's no way to get promoted. So basically, it's just another way to make you believe they care about you—what a load of BS!

every department should have to list who was leveled up and their names listed on the home page to have a bit of fairness to the process

@bn 3% all level ups will include pay rate increases @ay 3% out of cycle is what is being communicated but will be dependent on what compensation comes back with

@cf this is correct, max 3% raise and title change for what she has said but it is with compensation now and notifications coming out in early September with middle of September change date. For the person that posted I am a DEI hire, I wish!!! I’d already be in charge of you if that was the case just to torture you by surrounding you with women and minorities that would run circles around your white male privilege.

Usually if they allegedly level up ur career out of nowhere without merit sounds like your a DEI but don’t worry usually in the management world we as union members understand it’s a dog eat dog position so in lament terms they are fatten u up for a firing/layoff especially when they need to save themselves u been warned 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
