Speaking of leadership, the new WTS leader in Pittsburgh is useless. I heard he talks down to his crew and treats them like dog po-p on his boot heel. Just another Nick Skunakis crony.

Leadership is long gone with the Mellon team that set the standard for an ERISA bank, which Bank of New York quickly stole from Mellon.

H@ns was fired. He had been useless for every year he has been here. It’s astonishing he was pulling in over $1m/year to do zero

No such thing as leadership at an exec level in BNY

Leaping headlong into mediocrity with so many technological missteps. Took them years to upgrade hardware with Greenfield after the Fed told them they HAD to. Mo--ns, the lot of them.

You can join wealth services and see it first hand. Lousy CIO, a STE who manages delivery in excel, a product head whose main job is to be on LinkedIn all day. Bet you one of the big broker dealer clients to leave shop before someone pays attention. All good leaders leave and no one cares a dime.
