I understand we’re all feeling the pressure right now. Do we have any updates on how many people are still here since today is important for those who opted for the VSRP? I’ve heard that not everyone left in May, and it seems like today is a pivotal day for some. Is this affecting the whole company or just specific teams? I can really see how busy we’ve been with back-to-back calls on the C and S member service line, and honestly, I’m concerned about how much busier things might get once these changes take effect. We’re all doing our best to keep our heads above water during this hectic time.
