Just look at the other companies that brought back RTO. Most of them started with 3 days, but not many stayed there. Plenty have moved to 4, and some are already at 5.
Search for RTO on this forum and you’ll see it for yourself. If you’re telling yourself this is just 3 days, you’re probably in for a rude awakening.

You don’t really have to come in y’all! These are suggested rules and HR will tell you that there is no enforcement for anyone at any locations.
I sure hope they do. There is an entire population of people that have never set foot in the office . They have
workplace arrangements- anxiety, asthma, etc. how is this allowed and why are those that make the effort penalized? It is so not right!
I did like that Sam stressed the flexibility part (my VP has also stressed the same). She said "it's ok if you need to leave early" for things like kids activities. Let's see if that is truly genuine.
This is just so they can ID the slackers. Don’t fall for that. They’re tracking how long you’re connected to the LAN

There was no company wide WFH policy pre-Covid. Each dept had its own rules. I know ours was only 1 day at home per week.
The before-Covid hybrid policy was 3 days.
I don't doubt it. They will need to figure out space issues at some of the buildings. Or if they don't think they have enough space, they will shut down those hubs.

For those of you that have long commutes and kids activities- how do you handle that?
This will be 5 days by summer of 2026 or sooner.
