Do you even work at Wells? Dump questions like this make it clear why some people like the person posting this question are dead weight and should be let go. A google search would tell you the answer, teamwork’s would tell you but it is actually spelled out in your package…. D-mb gets laid off fast.
Those are worth triple, so should only be used in a personal emergency

Carry over first, then personal holidays and floating holidays, and then regular PTO last. Dems da rules!
no. always use first thing every year as well as any floating holidays if there are any.
