WFH
should be: allow low productivity and low quality on works - home or in office
I agree with adding partners to this, there aren't many good ones left and the majority of them are nothing more than snakes in the grass.
Sometimes I think Cisco is a travel agency than a tech company. (People are always looking for training and travel... 15% of Cisco work hard...)
We need CSEs to do the job AMs was supposed to do, but are too fat and lazy to actually execute on.
- Marketing really has no clue, they try to spend dollars in the C suite and forget how actually buys our gear.
- CX - invest in TAC, cut PMs, reduce CSEs, find MM some side project (see Amy Chang)
- Software/Licensing is away changing so even if we get it right we will soon change it.
- Young AMs/SEs. We have some great ones but the level of talent is nothing like it was 10-15 years back. In a pool of 10 AMs/SEs you have a few gems but 3 of the 10 could not work in the Cisco of 15 years ago. Simple would not have made the cut.
