The myWork program still exists. They lied to you.
There is no standard for WFH vs in office. I was let go from BAC like 4 years ago as a mywork employee because I could not get to a bank location when they supposedly ended the program . They let go 100's maybe thousands for this reason. But to this day there are still many people that WFH full time. No consistent policy for this like all others.
