This is part of the problem... Hans..Wake the fu-k up!!!! Our network blows, operational results blow..the people on the front lines and the customers see through your sh-t!!! Nobody wants to pay a premium for our sub par Network, as the network keeps failing you keep raising prices...as a normal human being, let alone a supposed CEO, how can you not figure this sh-t out?? We can all see the iceberg ahead and you are steering us directly at it!!!

5 ghee is garbage doesnt work well ,has a high return rate,vz better get better engineers and porvide a better product otherwize they are going down the hill and will hit bottom and may never recover..
At least he's consistent.
