When I heard her saying that, I quote, “we hire you for a long-term career”, I almost choked. That was maybe true 15 or 20 years ago, but now... If you're working in one of the HC10 countries you'll be living with the permanent risk of seeing your job offshored to low-cost locations, unless you've been identified as a so-called HiPo set to reach the “stratosphere” (CL 30+).

P&GA's task: most employees seem to think the VP HR is a robot that lacks emotional intelligence and has no qualifications to lead HR. Can you make a video to try to make her seem like a human?

That video was a piece of work. I have never seen such propaganda and gaslighting.

She took a message that used to be true, and doubled down on it. Acceptance rates she quoted were laughable….must have included outsourced employees who hire on and then quit 6 months later.

Passed her in the hallway one morning at Corp HQ...super awkward since you almost never saw her there....btw, she's short. It felt almost painful for her to just look at me (barely) and say "good morning." This was the 1st floor, fountain side (take a left at the floating staircase)...funny enough, I was passing her to go to an unused conference room for an interview. A job I later accepted and now will be making more than what XOM was paying, even with RSUs and expect OwD raises...I also have the fast track for a huge promotion. Strange how things worked at XOM 12 years ago and how things are being run now. Very disappointing for the existing loyalist (of which I once was).

Funny how Karma works.

Same reaction here. How can one be so deceitful? No surprise she blindly executed the order, back in 2020, to move up the NSI ratio from 3% to 8% to justify terminations on the basis of fake twisted performance review to avoid paying separation packages.
