Quarterly converstations seem very pressuring to step up more or your out. Putting alot of pressure on you. Seems like they are preparing for who they want to push out the door.
Is any other store "salary" employee feel the same?

yet they try to gaslight everyone into thinking that everything is normal. the scary part is that some people still fall for it, and some think Belk is actually doing well, that just blows my mind.
Best thing that could have happened to me was getting the package and getting let go back in March! From the outside looking in, that place is a mess!
