Left in July and still didn’t get any package. I keep calling their benefits line and all they say is “I’m special case that requires manual calculations and needs to be revised by by many other ppl”. Been hearing this for a month. Wtf I just want to be done with Exxon once and for all.
Anyone else took this long to get their package?

They should send you the commencement package within 90 says of separation.
Depending on your separation date, they may not be able to calculate the exact value of your benefits until the IRS interest / bond rates are published. The interest rates which can swing the dollar amount a few percent. That was the thing that held up mine. Plus there was confusion on my paperwork (data entry error on dates). I did get mine within the 90 days after being persistent.
However, since you said you left in July, you should have received it by now. Just keep checking and be patient. The person on the other end of the line is likely underpaid, un-empowered, and told to read the standard script.
Good luck.
This is what happens when you have such deep cuts, loss of personnel, and outsourcing to low cost id--t centers.
Oh, oh, better watch out when you are referred to as a "special case."
Prior to the onset of political correctness, it was referred to as a re--rd and you would be riding the short bus.
Wow, they can’t even get this right?
I can tell you that I left one year ago (retirement) and I'm still trying to fix some health care issues.
I gave them 3 months time to get my package together and they messed up my healthcare so bad that my wife was without it for 3 months. Then they made me send in all kinds of legal paperwork to prove who we were so they can give us the benefits again. The worst part was having to deal with people that I couldn't understand. It was an absolute nightmare.
Good luck to you.

Everything the company does is a ‘special case’ of dysfunction.
