Baffles my mind that we are saving people who just spin up a million subsurface AI POCs with nothing to show for it. Closed in job? What a joke.
These sjv demographics are incorrect. For the record there are still Latin /hispanic/mexican American females still working in sjv. The truth is yes, a large cut was made in the OA group and other groups. There are consolidations and less folks to support. It su-ks for all. Please stop spreading misinformation.

@ct How was the rest of SJV? Lots of SMEs and unfortunately we’ll lose a lot of the talent. Sounded like the cuts would be deep there. Hopefully they will be able to find something else.
@ct this was a reply to previous comments that there were no Hispanic women in SJV and someone else saying that Hispanic women were laid off. Not sure why someone clearing up the demographics is negatively received
@cv someone below said there were no Hispanic women at SJv. There was no expression of being upset . This was a fact I heard. Nothing to do with me or my feelings .

@br SJV had 14 admins. Reduced to 8.
4 total admins were left standing -100% are Mexican American
1- Mexican American Landed (selection reps admin )
7- White admins landed
2-white admins EOI
@bd 100% of the admins at SJV left standing are Mexican - American.
The group was made up of 35% Mexican -American and 65% white .
Now 80% of the Mexicans were left standing and 0% of the white women were left standing.
Only 1 of the 8 admins left is Mexican American and she was the selection rep’s admin.

Left standing after 18 years. I am a sold 1/ exceeds for the last several years. Out preformed those on my team but sadly I was the only Native American in our department as well as several white men and women who were all left standing. Oddly those that remained are all darker skinned.
I didn't know there were any Hispanic women employed in SJVBU.
Hard to lay them off when they're not hired in the first place.
It's been said that many women, particularly hispanic women, were laid off by white managers at SJV. It would be interesting to see the exact number of women who were let go.
