Will survey results be summarized in a graph format that shows exactly how questions were answered, and provided to employees?

I once had a "best friend at work". But he died.
So Barry S had his town hall about a week ago for WFA. They had preselected questions. The first question that was supposedly on everyone's mind was about concern over diversity. Why is this constantly the 1st or 2nd question of every town hall, like this is what we're all worried about every day.
This used to be standard practice along with transparency in layoffs. Integrity has left the building and employees know it.
A long time ago they did. That was back when it was the 12 questions, and then there would be the small group assigned to address a couple of the items that received low scores.
