Let me get this right. You work for a company and they give you competitive pay for an honest days work. You and the company fail to keep up with the competition and some people have to get fired. Now you want to create a union? Lotta good that will do and wow aren't you entitled. If you don't like the company, pick up you sh-t and take a walk.
