A certain LL3 that lives in the south seems to promote his buddies, and attractive younger females. He pushes out anyone not in those two groups. So you either have to hang out with him and eat junk food and cldrink cheap beer. Or you have to be a female blessed to have genes that make you look attractive.

There was a lady SBU director (Ford made Strategic Business Units before they spun off some component divisions into Visteon) who only had male direct reports. They all looked very similar to each other (and to her husband). I guess she preferred a "type".
The clown Jim Farley and the Ford family says we are all family. This is all talk. Unfortunately your only family if you are an LL3 or higher.

Instead of buying them drinks, you have to do their work. They get credit no matter what and you will still get canned, if that pleases the LL3

Without a name or verifiable reference, how do we even know the OP works at Ford at all? They could be someone from Toyota, GM, Honda or any other automaker desiring to sow discontent in a competitor's house. They know what an LL3 is but info about the levels is out there, its not limited internal knowledge. Ever thought of that people?
these posts and the forum is totally anonymous. Why is it then, people make accusations such as this one "A certain LL3 that lives in the south..." but never give a name, specific team name or anything that can identify the person so that we can have a respectful debate? Its just stupid useless gossip that is of no help to us. You might as well have said "A certain LL3 out of the hundreds at Fo-e ...".

I don't mind the hotties this LL3 is hiring, as long as they don't talk about actual work. Most of them struggle getting their stackoverflow tutorials to compile.
This has happened throughout time at Ford. Not a new story but maybe a new face. The hard part is watching it happen.
