I thought I saw some people post earlier that they actually received a salary increase event though they were NI. If you were NI and received an increase could you please confirm in this thread? Would be nice if you could also post your CL and YEE, but not necessary. I was NI CL27, YEE 32 and 0%. I've heard that there is some formula that they use, but really feel that if the company wants to promote inclusion that salary increases should be inclusive to all, especially when earning record profits and to help employees at least keep up with inflation.

Bunch of high YEE, mid-level CLs posting on this here thread. Looks dubious, but probs due to sweet young HiPo hires pushing y’all down.

NI, 5%, CL 26.
NI 5% CL 26 - US
you also need to country, this might be high inflation location specific or a recent CL bump situation.

- 9% VG CL26. My salary is capped because I’m at the top of the curve. Ineligible for promotion (and higher raise) due to incompetent boss that tanked my rank in 2021. I’ve helped this corp make more money than God. They sure know how to make a gal feel special.
Looks like its salary increase for NI was just enough to cover inflation.
NI 2.5% CL26
The long term career mindset is great here. If you happen to have an off year and get NI when company hands out great raises, you get screwed. But then you do great personally when company is having down year and don’t get anything.
NI and PIP I think don’t get anything

5% NI CL 27. Yes I was surprised.

It would depend on where you are in reference to your salary curve already. If you were at or above the new curve and NI then u prob won’t get one.
