SA Layoffs and to C2E then Agile TSA

Besides the Americas Sales SLT being in over their head and having no idea on what they are doing, one of the reasons on why RB stated that the LR and Rebalancing will continue for several quarters on the pathetic Americas Sales All Hands is EK is still pushing his failed C2E and Agile TSA cluster.

With the downtown in the numbers, they need to reduce the cost of pre-sales engineering. EK is rolling out a small pilot of SAs officially going to C2E and Agile TSA starting in 2H. This will expand to more SAs in FY24.

This is going to be career limiting and pay limiting.

What is C2E Agile TSA? Are we going to lose our SE? Our management isn’t going to like that. Aruba, Dell, Juniper are always here.

EK C2E experiment now equates to Click to Leave as many have either left or moved roles. Good way to avoid packages since people are voluntarily leaving.

C2E and Agile TSA are not the way to capture market share and win against the competition. This is a failed program, and EK needs to get his sh-t together. Or else, Arista, Juniper, and all the other competitors are going to rejoice.

Over $2M has been spent and wasted on trying to make C2E and Agile TSA work, and it is estimated that over $100M in business has been LOST due to C2E and Agile TSA for various reasons such as not having experts as advertised to the merry-go-around of engineers being introduced into the same accounts that have upset customers. Excellent SAs and TSAs have left and the competition uses the C2E and Agile TSA sales motion against us. Why the company still pushes this failed program is besides anyone.

EK should be fired. He has wasted so much time and money on this. He is not a friend of SAs as he is focused on lowering the pay of SAs and SEMs.
