I can't believe the changes that have happened, or the expectations.
Too much work, merchandisers not doing their job, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
We are getting objectives 25% over prior year. No chance in he-l we'll ever hit those numbers. Just the way they want it.

…..notice they are using Q-codes on display pieces, so they don’t have to train new hires how to assemble them, not to mention, even veterans these days, as some of the display pieces are ridiculously annoying to build. Holiday hutches can’t sustain any weight in them, and shelves break easily just holding SNC. Someone got paid for selecting a cr---y new hutch. They are easier to assemble, but shelves rip/start sagging quickly.
"1-2 days of training"? where?here they get none. I asked a new hire if she built my "wow display" and she said she was wondering what was in the box.....never even set up a a hutch before and this is who they sent. The display space was given to another company since we could not execute. Missed that months objective....duh. The RMS was so lazy, 5th one in 18 months I think.
you’re standing on a “sinking” ship….SR & SA will be eliminated within a year or less…the progression is been evolving, but now it’s in plain sight. SR/SA training FTOW, while outgoing SR’s(laid off) being told they’ll spend 1st 3 weeks of year training new FTOW hires & give insight to their co-worker SR absorbing their route!! Then exit the company.
Went from requiring a degree to be an SR, to “just breathing,” will do. Hiring SSR’s from who can’t find a display w/o google maps! Then must google to figure out how to stock it!
In their defense, they get 1-2 days training before thrown out in the deep end of the pool!
There is no incentive to work that hard anymore, not to mention one can’t use the bathroom w/o effecting their case count per hour average. Just saying…isn’t capitalism great!
