@2mb what did you expect from a McK alum? They know only 2 things: cutting jobs and fancy slides. KD is no different from the rest of McKinsey clowns.

@e0 you are right. Only CCO fighting for employees and customer is In BA. Rest all including ES are a joke.
Heard HCE gave an ultimatum to employees not in a hub location to either accept to relocate to a hub from their remote option or to leave.
Marketing is a Joke of a job anyway, and c-suite executives are useless. Time for them to go ruin another corporation
@g5 I am often amazed how some of the worst of HCE were launched into senior leadership replacing some of the good old marketing leadership at Honeywell. The ex-HCE bunch must be positioned appropriately to avoid causing further business or cultural damage.

We have more than enough sellers, commercial leaders cannot manage them effectively and it requires an army of support people with sales excellence! On top of this, Commercial GDM is and has been an infant for many years. If you think Vimal and Eric can fix it, just check historical performance of HON ticker!
Take the whole corporate marketing team. What a complete waste of air.
The Sales/Business development teams are terrible! All they do is travel and eat expensive meals and claim victories where there are none.
