Any insight on the impact for the next big yearly layoff that occurs every 2nd week of Jan.? I estimate 15% for 2026.

In the US the current job market is horrible. Expect to relocate as remote roles are almost impossible. Major companies are hiring outside of the locations CSG exists in. Start resume prep now and hit up your network for leads. Headcount for 2026 is starting now in many companies.

Is anyone left? How are they even keeping the lights on?
It’s closer to 20%. There are less people so they need a larger percentage to have an impact on the bottom line.
