It is clear why Ford is continually eliminating jobs. Not only do we have misplaced priorities, we are being led by two people who think they are more intelligent than they are. The future of Ford is not bright, unless there is turnover at the top and the LL ranks are cut by 50%.

no one said Elon was perfect. But comparing him to Bill like comparing Sh----a to s---!
To be fair, Elon is laying people off left and right too. And to say one is a spoiled rich kid and the other is not is completely misguided. They both come from rich families and have had their way across the board. I have been offered employment at two Musk companies and declined. They require a minimum of 10~12 hour days, quick response time during nights and weekends, and mostly for the same salary I'd get at a non-Musk company. I don't necessarily like either guy. Honestly, I'm always a little surprised to see people so devoted to anybody without seeing/acknowledging their flaws (whether that be business, politics, personal, etc.).
BF is a spoiled, Ivy League, trust fund. baby, born with silver spoon in his mouth, id--t. He’s not even 1% of what Elon is. Ridiculous to even try and compare the two. The train station needs to be demolished and Bill Ford fired!

There is no comparison. One is a self-made man. The other is a 4th generation hanger onner that hasn't had an original thought of his own ever! The only thing Bill has brought to the table is his UofM, Ivy league indoctrination that requires Ford to be a far left-leaning organization. Bill sucks. Bill is going to drive this company into bankruptcy and he won't have Alan this time to save his bacon!
