What an awful day for some at Cisco that was preventable. Unfortunately as we heard last week from Rachel that days and weeks like this are going to continue for the next several quarters cause she and her SLT DO NOT know what they are doing.
This should be the #1 question on the Check-in on Thursday on why are we going to have several quarters of LRs.

That 30 min pep talk we had late last week was pathetic. The reading from promter from “leadership ” was awful. Bad theater at best. Having said that, please prepare for the end of year shutdown and return refreshed and prepared to finish the quarter strong!!
The meeting was rehearsed in advance. Therefore, it’s not all on her and her alone. You can thank the leaders for it.
Every single seller and sales leader deserves answers after that call. If sales excellence is expected of us, then we should expect the same from the SLT. What happened on that call is nothing short of a disgrace by her and an insult to ever single seller and sales leader.

It is more embarrassing that she has to have a script to read from. How does one get to a position like that without needing a script to read from.

How amateur is it to call an All Hands and then communicate that LRs are going to be continuing for the next several quarters. She is very inept and out of her capabilities to be a VP of anything. She literally just told everyone that LRs are hanging over our heads.
