I would be VERY concerned. If they transition 180 stores to indirect, those R2Bs will be gone with them.
Layoffs
R2B channel is here to stay. There has been too much tests thrown at stores with vacant business reps, and the results are too noticeable. There will definitely be cuts & more 2-3 stores rolling to a single account manager instead of a 1:1 1:2 ratio
I’ve heard of changes from multiple sources, but nothing specific. The new system that has the store put in leads for a rep to call a business customer directly is interesting timing though.
