background story:
i was laid ofd in 2025. when i returned my laptop and other cigna items l, UPS did not accept the iphone because it’s not in the list of items they can accept…. i tried to call Cigna to ask how to return it but i kept getting passed on different numbers and got so annoyed so i just kept it and forgot about it..

a couple of months ago, my personal iphone 13 is starting to act up so i decided to use that company iphone (iphone 16)…. so i went to my carrier to transfer my number to it and after resetting the cigna iphone to factory settings that’s when the service employee realized it was locked to Cigna….

anyone have any idea how to unlock it? or is this a lost cause? none of the cigna numbers i called seem to know what to do and to make it worst i am no longer an employee and they seem to not care about my call…

Is anyone else feeling a deep sense of dread and depression about the current state of things here? When will other cities start RTO? It's not fair. We're suffering here in MN :( It's been nearly a year since the 4 days/week announcement was made and revoking remote status based on address for MN and DC. They've said they would likely be adding more office locations where 4 days a week will be mandatory however I've heard nothing besides for us stuck in MN and DC.

The CEO left suddenly, seemingly without explanation, and then was very quickly replaced but no formal announcement to internal business partners. What in the world is going on over there?

Last year I was told the pension plan was underfunded by $1.5B. Will AT&T make an honorable effort to close that gap now that the employment is terminated for so many, or does the shortfall continue to be swept under the rug?
