How many stores does the RTM cover/include? Are RMS automatically offered a RTM position?

@jc Maybe that's how the company is getting back at all the RMS now, no.severance option, forcing them to take a position where they'll really have to work. Most RMS are getting what they deserve, the gravy train is over..
They really did do the rms dirty. How do you demoted them and at least not give them the option of a severance
Rms basically got sc--wed by not getting a severance but will get pick of Territory tin their own back yard. Most MOW's will be moved to different territories based where the live
Looks like stores will be pretty much same as before
Yes rms get rtm position automatically
My rms is told me that the rms are guaranteed a rtm position . Since they’re not being offered a severance package . So either take the rtm position or walk out with nothing . So kind of being forced to take it .imo
