How is attrition looking like this year with large raises and expansion of stock program?

Some of us didn’t get a good raise, but too old to leave. I’ll just hate my job for 5 more years.

Yup, attrition has kicked 2023 with a bang. Seems like the record high increases as publicised aren’t all that good when you divide by 3 after low raises for the few years

I personally know of three people that have left or will be retiring very soon. And it is the second week of January only.

If it’s not high enough, HR will make the policies more “competitive “. We have a high planned attrition in Company Plan and high low-cost hiring targets to meet.

Quit recently too.

Outstanding in the last three performance reviews.

Same as @mam+1kA1NWcs.

Plus the work was super boring and uninspiring. EM is a complete intellectual wast3land.

Quit recently. raise/stock don’t even come close to offsetting kafkaesque bureaucracy, oligarchical/disingenuous/inauthentic top brass, spineless/powerless/clueless middle management, pervasive gaslighting, fading commodity industry, climate obstructionism, blatant greenwashing, fratricidal/political ranking system. Not to mention offshoring and lack of training/development for those remaining.

All this = brokedick low performing crybaby

Not everyone got large raises - Good was in the 5% range, which is an effective 10% pay cut from 2 years ago.
