I love the people I work with. I like my manager and manager’s manager. The work is ok, a job is a job is a job; we deal with the inefficiencies BNY has in spades. But the corporation sucks, and doesn’t care about its employees a bit. We’re just numbers. The one thing the corporation always did well was step up when disasters struck, matching funds for various relief efforts. I didn’t see a single peep for Ian, or anything else in 2022.
Only work here if it avoids homelessness and starving.
