Only 2 full time during day. Afternoon backroom helps on floor til close then only runs DC and clean the dock! No one does claims except for two people and they have to get everything else done on top of the daily deliveries. Backroom used to be one of the highest paying positions and now no one from with in wants to take a pay cut! Ridiculous what is expected of us!!

They need to go back to how it was before . Our claims is a disaster …. Paperwork is in shambles … we have 2 people most days and our 2 nd shift has one person and all they do is clear the dock.. they don’t help with DC’s, claims or Heaven for bid fix any of their mistakes . We have inventory in March.. not going to be pretty
Its ridulous in my club. All the technology was going to replace the man power that was let go. ASN and CIM are a time adding nuisance!! I laughed when we were demanded to CIM water and paper towels, talk about a complete waste of time! If people can't find that stuff by simply looking in the steel we have an issue. When GP comes it is a waste of time to scan EVERY pallet of Bounty....so we go back to the old way. Policies implemented with zero research on there productivity. Our 3rd full time backroom worker left in June. We have had 2 people in orientation that actually worked in receiving....well they lasted 2 days when they realized how much work is involved. Of course we were blamed for them not working out!! A poll, how many clubs have time to work the freight receivers form daily? That's what a clerk is for!!
Our backroom is always short. People either quit or switch departments cause it's so bad back there
Too many people??? Dream on. We’ve been short handed for over 2 years and I would bet that most clubs are. Associates quit and never get replaced because no one wants to work backroom.
hahahahaha you already have too many people in the back room !... Better look alive is all I can say....
Maybe some semblance of adequate staffing for once?
