My Market manager is in Bentonville this week next Tuesday all the club managers in my market will be having a in person meeting with the market manager. No idea what it is about

Rest assured that whatever the change, it WILL NOT benefit anyone at club level. It will put more work on those that are already doing all they can. Cut hours, eliminate positions, do more with less.

They’ll get rid of Backroom and all merchandisers will be required to unload and check in trucks and vendors and liquidation and rtv’s. So yeah get rid of Backroom. It’s only going to roll downhill to the merchandisers who stand and talk and look at their phones all morning.
Hopefully it’s to eliminate backroom because those people don’t do a single thing. They stay in the back ALL morning other than running stuff to the steel. They never come help on the floor. Force them to come out of there cave and actually do work for a change

It's that time of year. Some poor ba----ds are going to be given 60 days to find another non-existant position in the company and then released. Some will be given the walk of shame out the door even though they did nothing wrong. That is how this company treats its people.
