Breathe out, at least we aren't our neighbors sinking and purposly releasing trash product. It's not always greener on the other side, those stripes are miserable. Have friends who are eager to leave or get severance for service. Now they are a mess, I feel better whenever I speak with them about their miseries. Be thankful.

@Dowc If you think Adì has decent leadership who treats their employees well, you are not talking to the right employees. Everyone I know is miserable over there.. particularly due to the poor leadership
Would you rather be working at a company that treats its employees well and has decent senior leadership but releases "trash products" (as you say), or would you rather work at a company that protects senior leaders and management when they break Nike's code of conduct but produce (what is in your mind) not "trash products"?
You can always improve your product quality if your org isn't too far gone.
But once an organization starts to rot and works to protect those in power, you'll never cure that.
Their product actually looks amazing. Their sales numbers are good everywhere but China. Let’s focus on our own problems.
