The jobs are to be filled by Friends and Family by offering them M & S level Roles. And giving them 25% - 50% more than what the existing person was making. Wait till you see RV's comp statement in coming year. He is a CON MAN. He lies, cheats and steals.
He was sitting at home retired and Todd hand picked him. They all have nice fake stories to tell. Show us the results. Many companies got bigger in Market Cap in last few years but BNYM fails to grow.
