I suspect that most of those wishing Crown to fail are either people who we fired or VWAs that we chose not to hire permanently.
We will be compensated handsomely this round. I don’t see that lasting forever but in the meantime, take what you can get.
Another healthy bonus on the way. Bi--h all you want about the culture in the company, as long as my paycheck keeps coming along with a fat bonus every year... keep serving up the Kool aid.

Earnings call went well. 4Q ended as expected and guidance for 2023 remains the same.
We are all safe from layoffs.

The stock price is rising. We’re hiring. TMO and DISH have not indicated that they’re cancelling orders. I’d say we’re doing fine.
We're not doing fine but there also isn't a talent drain. The only people saying that are light tower people.
@9ohn+1kFk4tMo, oh stop it. We’ve been talking about this talent drain since the last layoff in 2020 and the company is still doing fine.
This is not the place it used to be. Waiting to see the talent drain hit an all time high after bonuses are paid in March.
@4bnt+1kFk4tMo, it’s not going to end well? I’d say it’s not going to end at all. Central will keep moving forward with it without the people who are here. Nothing will happen. Nothing will change. There are tons of companies surviving on bad leadership for decades. Crown is no different.
wait for bonus payout and then bail. specially if you are in central region under the current leadership. not going to end well.
Bonus is paid out in a couple of months. Would be d-mb to bail now.
Everything in the central region is going downhill fast. Seems like the south and west are faring better.

I haven't noticed anything, but the morale seems to have reached rock bottom across the company. People are being hired but its kind of hit or miss on quality.
