Has anyone actually used their legacy sick time and if so how did you go about getting it. I’m months away from retirement and have 60+ pto and only 15 hrs ppto so I want to be able to use my 184hrs legacy. I’ve been screwed over enough by this company that I don’t want to give them my legacy time that I’ve earned!

We have to use it for dr appts. I mean you have to do it before you're actually scheduled go in and request unpaid time off and have your mgr out it in if you have an appt or any other family member has one
My manager told me before I left that it did not matter what other clubs managers did that the legacy sick could only be used if I were sick and that it would go against my points. And in truth that is the company policy. But also it is true that she could easily have let use it and the company would not have known the difference. Be happy if your manager helps you with that. I lost 176 hours.... Because my managers played favorites and I was not one.
How do yall get your managers to do it? At my club you can barely get time off approved.
I had 192 hours of the legacy time. I just asked a manger to put 40 hours in a week until it was gone
Tell a manager you want your legacy time keyed each week until it’s gone. You earned it and they have to key it for you, but you have to request it. Request unpaid time off and have them key it.
