They deserve all of the negativity they are getting on this page. I agree with the guy who said that position needs to be eliminated all together. Verizon has painted themselves into a corner and created a lot of fat that needs to be trimmed with all of these BS mythical titles designed to reward the "good ol' boys"
Directors and Associate Directors are a major problem also.
