You can keep your 401k where it is (for a small fee) or move it. You can no longer contribute to it.
Your RSU's become yours but is still subject to the same vesting schedule.
Yes, covered by health insurance at same cost, then COBRA once your SUB pay is over. And I believe you can contribute to your HSA while receiving SUB.
In addition, you are eligible for unemployment.

I'm the original poster, I was in NJ in Technology @ Pershing. 2 weeks/year. HR will send link to my home email with info on RSUs, healthcare (apparently I still stay on), etc. They will send me shipping label to home to send back laptop. No idea about if can still do 401K etc.
