Hans meeting with Outsourcing Partners at World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland

Hans is meeting with Accenture ( provides all the Manila outsourcing people) and HCL ( India IT outsourcing partner) this week at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. I’m sure both these companies will be asking Hans for more business And show him areas within vz where they can cut costs and reduce headcount. All part of the preparation for reductions in 2023.

Infy has accomplished NOTHING over the past four years. They simply played "hot potato" by moving people around every 4-6 months. I seriously doubt that any Infosys person worked on the same project/team for more than a year.

If a project deadline was quickly approaching, Infosys would simply move the entire team onto a supposedly, more important project. Then they would claim they "needed more time" because they had to train the new people.

It was/is an endless cycle.

The problem with the Infosys deal now is you are 4 years into removing all of your support and knowledge to that vendor. They aren’t going to transition any of those applications and knowledge to a new/competitor. VZ is married to them now. They likely will continue outsourcing additional work to the cheapest vendor but have also painted themselves into a corner.

In late 2018/early 2019, Verizon signed a 1 Billion dollar IT outsourcing deal with Inf0sy$. I heard it was a 5 year deal/contract which would mean that it is up at the end of 2023.

Perhaps Verizon is planning to get rid of Infy and go with HCL.

I'm sure the Verizon Indian execs (or their families in India) made a lot of money in kickbacks from the Indian government and/or Infy for every American, Verizon IT worker they got rid of and replaced with an H1B/Indian over the past 5 years.

But I don't think there are many Americans left in GTS/IT to replace. So how are they going to continue to get their kickbacks? I guess by switching Indian IT Consultant firms.

Mr. 5 Yee needs to have his rear end here in the US trying to figure out how to save this sinking ship. Instead he's with the NWO folks plotting and planning how to take over the world because he's a cog in their control wheel.

At least Accenture has some legitimacy. They outsourced a lot of work to Tata Consultancy Services which is the lowest tier of outsourcing possible.

Verizon started outsourcing to the Philippines 8-10 years ago in wireline and it’s expanded each year since. I believe it started last year with wireless now. Nothing false about the fact that executive leadership has made it clear they want to reduce headcount significantly.

I’m an employee and I know for a fact Hans has meetings this week with Accenture and HCL , our two biggest outsourcing partners, in Davos. Do you think he’s meeting with them just to say hello?

Just let Silliman do his job and call them.

You're a disgruntled employee trying to spread a false narrative to scare our team members into fearing they will lose their jobs. You may not even be an employee.
